MovieWorld in Douglaston s last day is July 2

July 2 will be the last day to show movies at Douglaston Movie Theater according to its management. Then the movie theater will shut doors for good. So far the Community Board has not confirmed of Lower's retail store taking over Macy's and its neighbor. The public can purchase tickets for movies at the Douglaston Plaza until July 2. Its located at 242-02 61st Avenue inside the shopping center.
