Mother recovering well in East Elmhurst after the nightmare

Last Sunday night, a mother of three was walking to the bus stop for work after giving dinner to kids to pay bills. Then out of nowhere a loser suspect approached the woman who fell to the ground. Bystanders called 911 and EMS transported the woman to a local hospital. Police say the woman victim was stabbed multiple times in an apparent random attack. This is on 23rd Avenue and 94th Street vicinity in East Elmhurst when the incident occurred after 9:30pm.

As of today, the victim is recovering and soon to be released to home to be with her kids.

So far no arrests.

As per 110th Precinct over the weekend robberies and assaults continue to increase and have slowed after ICE showed up.

The investigation continues.
