Mother confessed to killing her 1 year old daughter in Elmhurst earlier today

Sanggye Lhakyi, 1 year old died at the apartment on Elmhurst Avenue and Hampton Street on Tuesday at 6pm when the mother, Shangbo Xiangshengjie, 33 called 911 reporting the baby unconscious. After questioning, the mother confessed to the brutual crime by strangulation. Shango is charged with murder.
