Mother arrested under Leandra s Law in Hempstead

Araceli Mondragon-Vargas, 27 of Hempstead was arrested around 4am on Sunday morning while driving on westbound Fulton Avenue when police noticed the vehicle she was driving, A Ford Windstar was not maintaining inside the right lane.
