Morning to afternoon traffic was a mess in Nassau County

Around 7am, Northern State Parkway westbound at Exit 29 was delayed due to an overturned vehicle. ESU removed all occupants and transport the injured to local hospitals.

Then around 2:15pm, a vehicle was overturned on RT-135 southbound by Exit 10, Old Country Road. All lanes were closed and now opening. ESU clearing the traffic. EMS transported the injured to local hospital.
