More money to keep on peddle in NYC

On December 16, there will be a public hearing for all independent app food/restaurant delivery workers at City Hall in downtown Manhattan to voice their concern while NYC is proposing a pay increase to $23.82 by 2025. Simply show up and express your voice.

Excellent news for more bike lanes and more peddling.

The proposal is for restaurant and food app delivery workers to keep them under obligations for larger corporations, DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc.

The first proposal is to set the minimum pay at $17.87 from the current $7.09 per hour not including tips and increase to $23.82 in three years according to the NYC Dept of Consumers.

However this does not match the current inflation as the margin is in the same line with rising expenses.

So in other words, keep on peddling.
