More arrests are made for using re encoded credit cards

The device used to re-encode credit cards can be brought from internet for less than $100 bucks. Thieves use cards that no longer works and then replace stolen numbers on the black magnetic stripes even though name and number are different on the front. Stores does not verify but swipe through to make a transaction. \
