Mixed reactions couldn t solve on time for NYC public schools on Friday

On Thursday, January 4, Mayor di Blasio was scheduled for another statement regarding Friday whether to open or close public schools in NYC. The schools were scheduled to open but the mayor's office reported to the media to wait until further notice. After delays, the mayor didn't conduct a statement but several staff implied possible closing. Further calls reported due to lack of heat and hot water in public housing and city shelters, public schools were opened for breakfast and lunch while keeping them warm. More than 100,000 students attending NYC public schools lives in various shelters. The last issue the city doesn't want is more lawsuits from health and other hazard conditions related to the weather.
