Minneapolis to become the first city to ban drive thrus

The Minneapolis City Council voted to eliminate drive-thrus in the entire city from fast food to banks. The plan is part of climate change, road safety and clean air. As for NYC, the mayor's office is looking into the proposal and will not make an announcement until due diligence is complete.
