Minimum two million mandatory for Roosevelt Avenue

If you don't have $2 million or more, don't bother doing business on Roosevelt Avenue, the new hottest commodity with that casino construction starting June this summer.

On March 30, 81-18 Roosevelt Avenue on the corner of 82nd Street in Jackson Heights was sold and it's $2,260,000 which is for a two story mixed commercial and residential on the second floor.

As of now, there are over 20 listings on the market and buyers are all lining up to make towers.

Another surprise is the 0.26 acre lot also by Roosevelt Avenue on College Point Blvd is on the market for a cool $60 million. That's a $60,000,000 lot of zeros near the mall and just walking steps to the future casino.

Developers are all lining up by hiring birdwatchers which look around for properties selling to grab first.

Soon this will be the mini Manhattan.
