Migrants charged for the attack of a victim inside the 7 train in Woodside

The Queens DA’s Office announced new charges against the four suspects after one of their friends died during an attempted robbery of a victim inside the 7 train in Woodside.

The new charges are assault and attempted robbery of the victim, male, 69, who was inside the Manhattan bound train. The Queens DA dropped all charges against the victim who was defending himself against the five suspects resulting in one dead from stabbing. The medical examiner released the body and now it is enroute planning to Venezuela for the funeral. All five suspects are migrants who arrived in NYC from the open borders down south.

The incident was reported last Sunday around midnight near the Woodside Avenue/61st Street station.

The investigation continues.
