Methadone convenience opening up in Glen Oaks

Using replacement therapy programs for people using opioids and other illegal prescriptions, the current location of Northwell Health will also facilitate methadone program. The information was obtained after a group of protesters were walking around on Union Turnpike and 257 Street including the Glen Oaks shopping center. Currently only two locations are in the vicinity with one being Creedmoor and the the other Northwell Health facility in New Hyde Park. The Glen Oaks location is still undergoing more repairs before opening up soon.
