Mentally ill patient jumped out of ambulance and died by vehicle struck in Holtsville

Frank Ligrnetta, 51, of Bay Shore, a mentally ill man was killed by a car, when he jumped out of the running ambulance, when he was taken from the Stony Brook University Hospital to Brunswick Hospital Center, a psychiatric facility in Amityville.
