Member of FDNY arrested for assault in Richmond Hill

Frank Miscioscia, 36 of Richmond Hill was arrested and charged with assaulting an NYPD traffic agent. The incident happened on Wednesday, December 27 around 8:30am outside the home of Miscioscia.
