Melinda reviewed and discussed on the decision for Woodside incident

The Queens DA Melinda Katz announced the victim while riding the 7 train in Queens involved in an attempted robbery and then reported of stabbing to defend himself will not be charged.

The male, 69, was heading Manhattan bound inside the 7 train while sleeping when five suspects tried to steal the bag. The victim woke up and resisted stabbing with one dead and one in critical condition.

The NYPD reported the arrest of the three suspects who ran away crying leaving their friends today. Charges are pending.

The incident was reported on early Sunday around 12:30am in Woodside.

The NYPD confirmed all five suspects are male, Hispanics and were living well at the local migrant shelter funded by taxpayers that came from the open border down south Texas.

Despite the incident, many far left elected officials are disappointed with the outcome from Melinda's decision.
