Me no pay due to democracy

The NYC mayor will not pay the $320,000 taxpayers fund used for his campaign travel. His quote, 'It's a democracy and so we exercised the right to appeal.'

He claims the allegations are without proof despite the two year investigation announced in a timeline with the SBA chief's FBI raid.

However, The Conflicts of Interest Board of NYC clearly told the mayor no NYPD security allowed using taxpayers fund for his presidential campaign. The mayor is all powerful so he didn't follow the written rule.

The Manhattan DA's office is looking into this as they are not smart to figure out.
