McMansion development goes unnoticed by most with few headscratchers

The brand new home on left is 82-04 264 Street as the official address and the original home built in 1950's at right is 82-03 263 Street. When the architect submitted the plan to city's building department, inspectors approved for main entrance on 264 Street.\
