Mayor has a love message despite your concern in NYC

Today the NYC Mayor issued a statement that crime is down for the 9th straight month in the city. However, violent crime is at an all time high despite the Mayor saying it is down from streets to subways.

Also the Mayor insists it's the safest city in America.

Well, coming to Queens, armed robberies continue to spike.

The latest incident was today around 3:30pm in Ridgewood on Fresh Pond Road and 61st Avenue. This was a drive by robbery.

Around 4am, a male was shot in Laurelton. This is on Merrick Blvd and 244th Street, the same location by McDonald's where a shooting took an innocent man's life.

Last night, three people were robbed in Queens Village by 221st Street and 101st Avenue.

EMS responded to all incidents.

So far no arrests.
