Mayor got a message from the governor and the latter from the president

NYC mayor stated the areas with highest infection rate maybe shut down. This is for non-essential services and social gathering to 10 people and more enforcement. After one hour, the mayor received notification from the governor's office no one can impose restrictions without the approval from Cuomo.

Then shortly, the governor received a message from the Trump Administration of 50 million rapid COVID tests to all nursing homes and for teachers including NY and NYC. The fed is sending the test kits as part of the 150 million tests nationwide. Both nursing homes and teachers will receive the supplies made by the company under government procurement, Abbott Labs.
