Mayor di Blasio wants seniors to call 311

NYC - The mayor is urging all seniors or disabled homeowners to call 311 if their income falls below $37,400 to get property tax reduction if they qualify. A rep from 311 will guide those who calls to the entire setup and its free. Mayor di Blasio reported seniors are house rich but cash poor. Reported 12pm.
