Mayor di Blasio declared public health emergency in the following zip codes of Williamsburg. They are 11205, 11221 and 11249 where unvaccinated children will not be allowed to return to school or daycare. If chose not to vaccinate, a fine of $1,000 will be enforced. This is after 300 cases of measles reported in the city mainly in Brooklyn.
