Mayor appoints Vicki Been as the new commissioner of city s HPD

Dept of Housing Preservation that oversees tenants in the city has a new commissioner appointed by the mayor di Blasio. Been is a former NYU law professor and lives in a $9 million dollar home with $6 million owe to IRS.
