Massage parlor arrests are now turned over to Homeland Security

New York State is now cooperating with Homeland Security after arrests are made for operating illegal massage parlors. Many are from mainland China who are on visiting visa and barely speak English are part of human trafficking forcing women to commercial sex trade. \
