Mask patrol announced to spiked areas in NYC

The NYC mayor announced a new task force, Mask Patrol which will be in the spiked COVID areas and will distribute free masks. If a civilian refuse to wear a mask, then fine will be issued. For Queens, its Kew Gardens and Far Rockaways. At the same time, testing and tracing staff will be shifted to the areas and more community outreach. Also, the mayor ordered non-public schools and child care centers will have the city's health inspectors do routine check for COVID enforcement and will be shut down after enforcement.
