Mark Weprin want to bring back the markers to spot fire hydrants

Sometimes in the snow or bad weather, its hard to spot a fire hydrant and City Councilman Weprin want to bring back the bill that was already introduced in 2011 but never passed by identifying hydrants with three feet height markers. \
