Maria to the rescue is in charge of City of Yes

The NYC Mayor appointed Maria Torres-Springer as the First Deputy Mayor after Sheena Wright resigned. The announcement came today during a press statement.

December 21, 2021 was a happy day for the Mayor when he appointed five women as the deputy mayors during an event in Brooklyn.

Now the Mayor's ambitious project, City of Yes, is on full force with Maria who held various positions in the housing sectors despite oppositions mainly from Queens.

So far, 10 top aides of the Mayor has gone and the Governor is now watching all the activities at City Hall.

Many insiders predict the Mayor will resign in the coming weeks including City Council members who demanded to step down.

The current positions will remain as it is and continue with the government duties.
