Manhasset man arrested for assaulting a 94 year old in Great Neck

Police arrested Daryl White, 39 of Manhasset and charged with assault, theft and reckless endangerment. The incident happened on March 18 around 12pm on Great Neck Road in Great Neck. Police reported Wright confronted a 94 year old victim and started argument leading to assault in front of Best Market. The victim suffered a broken leg and White took off in a vehicle. Police arrested White shortly after witnesses gave matching description.
