Mandatory effect to go into appliance installation in NYC

Today is a beautiful day in NYC and the City Council is in control.

The NYC Council voted in majority to mandate all single gas appliances must be installed by a licensed plumber only. The mandate applies to all appliances with gas lines from washer, dryer, stove, etc. No buildings including single homes are not exempted.

The bill, Int 429-A does not involve electric appliances but only gas equipped. This is now enforced starting today starting at $250 plus.

The NYC government must enforce so many regulations, mandates, laws, bills and so on to keep people under their control.

Also don't forget starting January 2026, all new construction is electric from heat, hot water to electric which the tenants must cough up so landlords no longer have to pay heat and hot water.

NYC is heading to an electric powered city to keep the rich richer.

So if this is offensive, then do the round of protests.
