Mandate is upto the business

The NYC mayor’s vaxx card for entrance is mandate and not law. This means it’s upto the businesses to decide whether to enforce or not. There are no marshals or enforcement but each businesses can decide.

As for me, west Brooklyn is all open for businesses without mandate. Come to Brighton Beach and hang out with me. I am here all night.
