Man wanted for inappropriate touching inside a C train in Manhattan

On 11/19/24, at approximately 7:50 AM, a 24-year-old woman was sitting aboard a southbound "C" train in the vicinity of the Central Park West and West 81 Street subway station. An unidentified male individual sat next to her and touched her thigh with his hand. When the victim pushed his hand away, he continued to place his hand back on her thigh and squeezed. When the victim got up from her seat, he then touched her buttocks and fled the location.
