WANTED FORCIBLE TOUCHING : On 7/7/23 @ 10:15 AM Park Ave South & E 23 St subway station NYPD 13 Precinct  the 22-yr-old victim was exiting a N/B 6 train as the unknown individual was entering, & while passing him, forcibly grabbed the victim's genitals over his clothing.
