Man shot to death in Elmhurst

Steven Perez was shot to death on Saturday, November 18 around 12:45am at the intersection of Elbertson Street and Elmhurst Avenue. Police reported there were three suspects and one approached Perez with a gun. Then he asked if he is a ABK, a name affiliated with gang. Perez was shot in the back and stomach. The name, ABK is a gang in Jackson Heights known as Always Banging Kings. Their territory mark is 34th Avenue and 77th Street in Jackson Heights. Ongoing investigation.
