Man shot dead in Farmingdale and one injured

Police reported a man was shot dead and a woman wounded in Hempstead. It happened around 3am today when fight broke out between two groups near Route 109 in East Farmingdale. Police confirmed there was fight between two groups but didn't confirm if it happened inside Mirage Gentleman?s Lounge due to review of surveillance. One group of six people left the place and later a man was shot around 3:30am when the vehicle was pulled into Sunoco at Merritts Road and Hempstead Turnpike in Hempstead. Police also found shell casings outside the lounge on Route 109. Police are searching for the vehicle where the shots came from. So far, there are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
