Man shot dead in Astoria housing complex

Police reported Jerrel Lewis, 20 of Astoria was shot dead on Saturday, December 2 around 4pm. It happened on 14th Street and 36th Avenue in the Ravenswood Houses. Police reported Lewis was living at another public housing nearby which is Queensbridge Houses. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
