Man escaped police custody

On Monday, May 8, 2023, at approximately 5:46 P.M. Joseph King was being transported into Brooklyn Central Booking, located in the rear of 120 Schermerhorn Street, when he was able to free a hand from his handcuffs and fled the location. The individual was last seen running into the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street subway station.
