Man approached a 15 year old victim touched him inappropriately and offered the victim money to perform a sex act in Flushing

 On 11/16/24 NYPD 109th Precinct the 15 -yr-old victim was in the vicinity of 41-47 Kissena Blvd when an unidentified individual approached him, brushed the back of his hand against the victim's genital area & offered the victim money to perform a lewd act.
