Man and woman arrested with drugs in Lake Success

Police reported the arrest of Francisco Roman Parra Perez, age 27, and Sandra Cardenas Parra, age 36, both of Phoenix, AZ and charged with drugs. The incident happened on January 20 around 8pm on Northern State Parkway at Lake Success Exit. Police observed their vehicle, Grand Cherokee was speeding and insufficient tail lights when they were pulled over. Further investigation reported inside the vehicle had methamphetamine over 20 pounds with estimated street value of $1.3 million dollars.
