Male shot during a robbery in Jackson Heights

Police are on 89th Street reporting a male victim shot during robbery attempt. This is by 35th Avenue in Jackson Heights.

Two suspects, males, Hispanic took off on foot.

The incident was reported around 7:30pm.

EMS transported the victim to a local hospital.

So far no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.
