Male shot dead on College Point

The NYPD closed off 119th Street in College Point reporting a drive by shooting with one dead. This is near 28th Avenue.

EMS, ESU and detectives are working on the scene. The incident occurs around 10:30am much to neighbors waking up to the sound of bullets.

A witness say the vehicle, GMC black color with tinted windows seen on southbound College Point Blvd.

so far no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - The NYPD updated the suspect turned himself in at the local 109th Precinct. Police say this was a love triangle dispute.
