Male shot dead near Central Library in Jamaica

Police closed off 163rd Street and 89th Avenue reporting a male shot in the head and died. This is in-between the Central Library and local police precinct in Jamaica. The suspect took off toward south Merrick Blvd direction. EMS is working on the scene. Ongoing investigation.
