Male shot dead in Elmont

Police closed off the vicinity of St Paul’s church in Elmont reporting shots fired. Further investigation reported one male shot dead. The incident occurred by Raft Avenue and Madison Street. Multiple EMS, ESU are on the scene. It happened after 6pm but shots fired were reported around 5pm. Ongoing investigation.
