Male shot dead in Bayside

Police reported a male was shot in Bayside. The incident was reported around 1am on 208th Street near 32nd Avenue.

This was a robbery went wrong on the street by two suspects.

Another victim, who was with the dead male was also robbed but not injured.

Police confirmed the victims are father and son.

Neighbors woke to the sound of gunshots while the male was found laying on the sidewalk dead.

The medical examiner transported the body of the male, 43 pending autopsy.

A witness stated the local high school has been a gang related activity every night and residents has been complaining for a while.

So far no arrests.
