Male shot by Nassau mall

The NCPD reported a male shot in the parking lot of Roosevelt Field Mall. This is by the movie theater. The suspect took off in a sedan vehicle. The victim is taken to local hospital and expect to survive. Ongoing investigation.
Update - A male driver was pulled over by cops near Roosevelt Field on Old Country Road after driving erratically. Further investigation reported the driver was shot with wound and driving himself to unknown destination. The driver is a resident of Hempstead. Police pulled over another vehicle in the parking lot of Roosevelt Field which may have been following. One person was pushed out of the vehicle and one shot fired but no injuries. Additional details not provided.
