Male hit by train dead in Astoria

Police closed off N and W line in Astoria reporting a male hit by train has now died. This is by the 30th Avenue station.

ESU and the city's medical examiner are working on the scene.

The victim went into cardiac arrest and fell when the incident was reported around 4pm today.
