Malcolm Smith and Dan Halloran pleaded not guilty

Well today Dan Halloran went to White Plains federal court and officially entered the not guilty plea along with Malcom Smith, Jay Savino, Vincent Tabone, Noramie Jasmin and Joseph Desmaret.
