Major scheduling changes for LIRR

As of February 27, the LIRR will launch full time service at the Elmont UBS Arena 365 days a year. Shuttle service between the old Belmont station and Jamaica during event days will be discontinued. For the horse racing season, the trains will be on normal schedules. At the same time, the service to Mets Willets Point will discontinue for non-event days. This means trains will be available for Mets games at CitiField. The change also includes the new terminal in Manhattan, the Grand Central Madison.
