MTA bus drivers union is pushing not to include bus drivers in the Right of Law Way law in NYC

On April 23, media posted that as of March 2015, 22 drivers have been booked under the Right of Way Law for misdemeanor failure causing death of the pedestrians, 6 of the booked drivers belong to MTA. This is however opposed by the driver unions as inappropriate.
