MTA Chairman reported customer feedback is very important for the new trains

The new trains called R-2-11 will be launching in NYC subways soon. Reported they are first in class and advanced. MTA is inviting all to visit at the 34th Street-Hudson Yards where the new prototypes are displayed from 11am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on weekends.
