MS 172 in Floral Park launched soccer stadium

On Tuesday, October 17, the Mayor's office officially launched 10 soccer stadiums around public schools in NYC. The pic displays is of before and after of part of school yard at MS 172 in Floral Park. The program was announced by US Soccer Foundation and funding has been arranged by the Mayor's Fund to Advance NYC, Adidas, Etihad Airways and the NYC Football Club. The other locations in Queens are PS 19 and Triboro Bridge Playground.
