Luxury living is the comfort zone to launch more programs in NYC

The day after tomorrow is the vote for City of Yes. Last month, the NYC Council passed amendments to build 80,000 units citywide. By investing more housing in every neighborhood, the first task is a 6 zone or R6 building up to 5 stories with underground near transit in low rise neighborhoods. The original plan was to build 109,000 units.

Dan Gardonik, the chair of NYC Dept Planning is the one overseeing all the here and there plans. Gardonik lives in a $2.6 million home in Central Park West most can only dream of almost $20,000 mortgage and the City of Yes, the so called Housing Opportunity which is same line as NYCHA acting as affordable housing must pass to live a luxurious lifestyle just like some of the City Council, Assembly and Senate members.

On top of this, the Governor is all smiles as 1.5 miles within the LIRR stations on Long Island is also set to move forth with zoning changes to build apartments within the state jurisdiction.

Most are optimistic the City of Yes will pass and the first line of vision is the JFK to UBS Arena which is the next in line for growth just like LGA to Flushing Meadow Corona Park.

Both NYC Mayor and the Governor will be introducing more programs related to housing opportunities in the coming weeks.

The NY government is at hard work with your money while they live well estimated to be around $50 billion in the next 15 years.
